Seller Notes:This unit is booked through SHELL POINTS and not Wyndham.nnChristmas at Disneyland! It's beautiful in the parks from November-earlynJanuary. Christmas parades and decorations throughout the parks.nnTwo full bathrooms, two bedrooms, one with king and one with two queens.nThere is also a sleep sofa. The units sleep up to 8 people.nnVery close to Disneyland, really it's not a bad walk, but the ART Shuttlenstops by the resort about every 20 minutes, and the price is verynreasonable, cheaper than parking, which is now $35 per day at the ToynStory lot. We would rather take the ART shuttle. Seniors are cheap.nWebsite is rideart dot com. All of the information you need is there.nnThere is a charge for parking a car at the resort. It's mandatory valet.nThose cars are packed into that lot, and I find it amazing that thenvalets can maneuver all of the cars during busy times of year. Thenparking fee is $20 per night + tax. We don't tip the valet because it's anprivate service. That's up to you, if you want to tip. They move aboutnten cars an hour, so consider that when you are handing them $10 to getnyour car out. I have watched the valets while waiting to check in ornwaiting for the shuttle.nnI booked my weeks with Shell points. These are not Wyndham points. I haventhree weeks booked in 2 bedroom units. Check my other listings.nnI am only recovering my maintenance fees for these units. I don't makenanything on these reservations. I just need to get my Shell points usednfor 2024 and then I will attempt to give them away. We are reducing thennumbers of points and weeks we own as we are getting close to 70 now, andnour kids don't want or need these timeshares we have had for decades.nnThe kitchens are very compact, but there are dishes, a small bar-sizednrefrigerator, under counter, and a sink in most units, but some don'tnhave the kitchen sink. There is a microwave and a small counter with antoaster and coffeemaker. Those are the essentials for most of us. Therenare so many restaurants nearby, especially at Garden Walk Anaheim, onlynone block walk from Peacock Suites.nnWe have stayed at Peacock Suites many times over the last 20 years andnadded many points to our original ownership over the years. We love VinonBello (Napa valley with its own winery), Kauai Coast at the Beach Boy,nThe Donatello and Suites at Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco, andnLittle Sweden in Wisconsin. Historically we have stayed regularly at allnof these resorts. No other system has resorts in Door County, NapanValley, and San Francisco. It's a great system, and if you are interestednin taking over some of our points, let me know that, and we can talk. Wenhave enough points to book six 2 bedrooms at Peacock Suites in summer.nYes, we own way too many now.nnThe resort is managed by Wyndham as of about six years ago and they do angood job of keeping it clean and updated. We were so impressed during ournlast stay. And the beds are so comfortable after a long day at the parks.nnIf you would like a listing that is verified and protected, look for mynlistings on go-koala.com Easy to rent through that site, and I have manynweeks available in these two bedrooms.
