Seller agrees to submit $650 into escrow, via credit card, with the Title Company prior to the Right of First Refusal for the Estoppel and ROFR stages. In the event Bluegreen exercises their Right, Seller is responsible for the non-refundable $500 ROFR fee paid to Bluegreen. Should Bluegreen waive their Right, Seller will receive a refund for $650 and Buyer will be responsible for paying the $650 Transfer Fee at close.
