You will notice it is nearly impossible to predict how much DVC resales will sell month to month. January 2023’s average DVC resale price per point was 121.53, while January 2022’s average was $139.41.
There are a number of factors that can affect the asking price per point. In some cases, contracts will not sell above or at the average; it depends on the circumstances. In order to determine the price per point for selling your DVC points, you should be aware of a few factors.
